Each items shipping cost is based on it's weight and determined by the carrier and service you select. We do not charge handling fees, and we do not markup shipping prices.
Tracking information, if applicable will be e-mailed to you as soon as the label has been created. It may take a few days for tracking to be updated.
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not reflect processing time. Most items ship within a few days, but please allow up to 10 business days for item to ship.
If a package goes missing enroute, please contact us so we can open a claim and get a new product on the way.
If a package arrives damaged, photos of the package and contents must be sent to us via e-mail for a replacement to be sent out. We will not refund or replace products if they arrive damaged and you attempt to install them or throw them away. We need photos to be able to file a claim on our end and send a replacement or refund.
Once a shipments tracking shows delivered it is certified as delivered by the carrier. We are not liable for packages that are stolen, go missing after delivery, etc. You will need to contact the carrier in this case.
International packages that go unclaimed in customs or are returned to us due to a bad address are eligible for a refund minus shipping.
